Welcome to Wabi Sabi Farm Retreat!
By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Check-in Time 12 PM to 6 PM and Check-out Time 10 AM

• Children below 12 Years are free if they are sharing the parent’s room and no extra bed is taken. Extra bed is
  chargeable as per tariff.

• The maximum number of guests allowed per room is specified in the room occupancy details on our website.

• Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability.

•  Please note applicable government taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

• Smoking is allowed at Designated Areas as per Law.

• Pets are allowed in ‘Zen-Niwa Cottage’ only, we welcome well behaved pets.

• No outside food or beverages is allowed in the resort, but can make arrange with prior approval.

• No Liquor is allowed in the Resort without proper excise license and permission.

• Plucking of fruits or flowers within the premises is prohibited and will attract a charge of Rs. 1000/- to the bill.

• To ensure privacy of other residents, please keep the volume low. Music is allowed until 9 PM Only.

• Guests are requested to use Wi-Fi access fairly and appropriately. We monitor usage to maintain service quality.
  Wi-Fi is provided only in ‘Farm Villa’.

• The management is not liable for any thefts, damages or loss of valuable items from the rooms or public areas.

• The management reserves the right of admission and can ask any person to leave the Resort, if guest fails to
  honor this agreement or cause disturbances.

• If cancellation is done 07 days prior to the date of arrival, the full amount will be refunded.

• For cancellation done 03 days prior to the date of arrival, 70% of the total amount will be refunded. No refund
  will be made for cancellation within 3 days from the date of arrival.

• If you do not turn up (no show) at the arrival date, 100 % amount will be forfeited.

• Refund of amount will be made through bank transfer due to security reasons within 15 Working Days from the
  date of cancellation.

• Acknowledgment of receipt of cancellation can be obtained from our office by mail.
